Fuel Injectors

There are no refunds or returns on injectors or injector rebuild services. Diesel Injectors So Cal will warranty any problem/faulty injector as applicable and as stated in our warranty policy.

Parts

Parts purchased from Diesel Injectors So Cal may be returned with our approval. Customers must contact Diesel Injectors So Cal by phone to obtain authorization.

Any returned item shall be returned within 14 days. All items must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and remain in the original, undamaged packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. The item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping paid by Diesel Injectors So Cal associated with the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Any refund authorized by Diesel Injectors So Cal shall incur a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Sales

Prices are subject to change at any time, without advance notice. Sale prices are applicable only during the sale period. Customers who purchase outside of advertised sales shall not be entitled to sale price matching nor shall they receive any refund for the difference between full price and sale price.

Injector Build Lead Time

Typical build time for customer-supplied injector rebuild services is 2-4 business days. While we operate within prescribed build times the majority of the time, build times may be decreased or increased, depending on volume.

Shipping

Diesel Injectors So Cal utilizes USPS and FedEx for shipping. Expedited shipping may be purchased by calling 832-521-3625.

Please note: Shipping times are not guaranteed. Diesel Injectors So Cal is not responsible for package delays by the carrier for any reason whatsoever. If the customer purchases overnight or 2nd day air shipping, we guarantee your package will get to FedEx on time for shipping. No refunds will result from shipping delays.

Sale Pricing

Sale pricing is valid only for the duration of the sale event. No rain checks will be given for sale pricing. Further, Diesel Injectors So Cal will not refund the difference of any purchase to match and/or obtain sale pricing.
